It has been five business days since the posting of the .COM RRA  
(see, http://www.gnso.icann.org/mailing-lists/archives/registrars/ 
msg04451.html). After receiving significant feedback on the RRA  
initially distributed, the most recent revision to the proposed  
agreement resulted in no comment raising an objection.

Accordingly, ICANN is giving its approval of the .COM RRA and it is  
anticipated that VeriSign will be distributing the agreement for  
execution.

I understand the concerns raised by all parties during this process  
and thank you for the constructive discussions that have occurred.
