Thank you for your message Paul. 

The review period for this document ended today. But it sounds like we need more discussion on this point that Paul has brought up. This is the only remaining significant issue left to be resolved in the document, so it would be great if we could resolve it quickly.

It seems like there are two options:
1) Add more justification and explanation for why these queries to open resolvers are included.
2) Remove the queries to open resolvers from the document.

Please comment on the above.
