Just dropping a line to confirm that the discussion paper is now live on the ICANN website: http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-09jun11-en.htm
The public comment box http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/#whois-rt shall remain open for 45 days consistent with ICANN practices and will close on 23 July 2011. Comments should be submitted at: whoisrt-discussion-paper at icann.org<mailto:whoisrt-discussion-paper at icann.org>.
Translations into the 5 UN languages will be ordered for the Discussion paper.
