[RZERC] RZERC Chair Roles and Expectations

All,

On our call, we mentioned that it would be hard to know if one might be interested in the chair role without a list of duties, responsibilities, and time commitment.  I’m starting this thread to get that rolling, as I recall hearing that we’d like to have this well underway by the January call.

Thoughts?  Ideas?  Previous experiences that would be germane?
