[RZERC] Proposed Dates for RZERC Meeting at ICANN66

Dear RZERC,

The RZERC Operational Procedures (https://www.icann.org/iana_rzerc_docs/255-rzerc000v1-operational-procedure-v-final) require the RZREC to hold a regular meeting at least once per calendar year. This year’s meeting will take place in-person with teleconference support at ICANN66 in Montreal.

There are two options for the RZERC to meet at IANN66:

  1.  Monday 4 November 2019, 17:00 -18:00 EDT (21:00 – 22:00 UTC)
  2.  Wednesday 6 November 2019, 17:00 – 18:00 EDT (21:00 – 22:00 UTC)
     *   Please note this meeting time coincides with the Joint Board and TEG meeting<https://meetings.icann.org/sites/default/files/icann66_block_schedule_v1.4_12sept19.pdf>.
