Dear Natalia,

Thank you for sharing the draft Social Media activities for ICANN71. Please
adjust the document rights to 'suggest' to allow us to add comments.

Regarding the Twitter competition, I think as long as it is clear that the
Regional Leads do not participate in selecting the winner, it would be
okay. Personally, I have no problem with having a Regional Lead winning the
competition but I agree that if it makes it look unfair, they can be
removed from the competition.

I am in agreement about announcing the prize before and preparing 3 prizes.
The question I have is if we want to maintain the Twitter competition as
just the most likes/retweets or adjust it a little bit. During NASIG 2019
(right before the ICANN66 meeting), the winner was selected based on the
quality/content of tweets, engagement with external audiences, etc. I liked
this approach.

Other than that, thank you to Lillian for chairing previously and to you
for taking this on effortlessly.

Regards,

Sarah
