Hello Amina,

Suffering a glitch in connectivity at a moment in time when you have an
interview seems like, "Hey! What on earth is happening at this time?", but
this temporary glitch to a connected user is only the tip of the iceberg,
and nothing compared to the close to a billion unconnected in the Global
South of which some of my immediate family is a part of.

This made me take a particular interest in Universal Acceptance after
becoming aware of it and its importance in helping bridge the digital
divide during our research for the Project Youth summit before the 2021
Global IGF in Poland. I immediately joined the UA training after the IGF
and received my certificate of participation or course completion which led
to my involvement in the UA-discuss.

My name is Fred Kwadwo Aazore, and I am a 2021 IGF youth Ambassador from
Ghana who is directly involved in the Technical sector as a
Software/Telecom Engineer and a Tech Speaker.

I would like to express my interest in becoming one of the speakers in your
proposed IGF session.

Thank you.
