+1 -- George's "linger" suggestion has the benefit of ensuring that agenda maintains WG's focus.

This issue was brought up last year:

http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/gnso-rpm-wg/2016-June/000292.html

"Call are more productive when we have ample time to prepare for and ponder the agenda."

http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/gnso-rpm-wg/2016-June/000293.html

"....and we are working on ways to distribute it earlier in the future."

Organizationally and from a time management point of view, it might make sense for the co-chairs and ICANN staff to "linger" at the conclusion of the weekly calls for say an additional 10 minutes, after everyone else has left, to plot the agenda for the following week's call, while everything's fresh in their minds and everyone involved in setting the agenda is likely present Then, WG members would likely receive the agenda 5 to 7 days in advance of the next meeting.

Sincerely,
