Dear all,

I have amended page no 09 after the first para in section 4, of Oriya LGR
Proposal document version 2.11 as per the email on 02-02-2019 by Dr Sarmad
in the document attached.

The Oriya (Odia) script LGR proposal was published for public comment to
allow those who had not participated in the NBGP to make their views known.
The NBGP analyzed all comments received to finalize the proposal. The
