·         Data Elements Matrix Issues - 7 November 2018 << provides an introduction and after review of the tables below, it lists four issues to consider

·         Data Elements Matrix_20181107.pdf << contains three pages of consolidated data tables as extracted from the Purpose workbooks

o   Collection of data from the Registrar (page 1)

o   Transfer of data from the Registrar to the Registry (page 2)

o   Disclosure of data to Internet Users (page 3)

3.	Review of Responsible Parties Recommendations (Thomas)*

a.	Review and discuss draft recommendations
b.	Confirm next steps, if any

 

4.	Review proposed updates to staff-suggested Natural vs. Legal persons text

a.	Review and discuss draft approach
b.	Confirm next steps, if any

 

5.	Review of Consolidated Data Elements Matrix 

 

Objective of discussion: 

1.	Address any possible inconsistencies
2.	Confirm data elements matrix for inclusion in the Initial Report
3.	Confirm staff-suggested responses for Purpose Rationale questions
4.	Confirm Processing Activities structure, especially Disclosure and Retention
