[IOT] IRP-IOT Agenda and Documents for upcoming call

Hi all,
With respect to our discussion on the repose, before our last call Kurt proposed a compromise, and whilst there was some support for considering and working on this not everyone was persuaded that this is necessary, i.e. it was not clear whether the group as a whole is so split on the topic that neither of the two opposing views would garner sufficient support to go forward.  It would be very helpful, therefore to hear from those who have not already expressed their views.  There have also been two public comment periods on which community feedback has been submitted on this topic, and I would like us to spend time on today's call reviewing that feedback since it is our role, in developing these final Rules, to duly consider the community input.

For convenience I am attaching the summaries of the public comment input, and the announcement of the second public comment, previously circulated by Bernard.
With apologies for the late circulation, here is the agenda for our upcoming IRP-IOT call:
1.Review agenda and updates to SOIs
2. Action items from the last meeting:

  *   Staff - Prepare a scorecard to track progress vs major items.
  *   SE and others - Propose counterexamples of issues with respect to Repose by email.
3. Update on consolidation sub-group meeting.
4. Continue discussions on the time for filing issue:

  *   Review and discuss public comment input on the repose (prong 2).
  *   Time permitting, begin discussion and review public comment input on time for filing from date Claimant knew/ought reasonably to have known (prong 1)
5. AOB
6. Next Meeting  - 5 January at 1900 UTC?
