Hi EPDP Team-

Here are additional draft use cases for your review (BC1-8), submitted on behalf of the BC:


  *   BC1 & 2: Digital Crimes Investigations by non LEA
  *   BC-3 Investigate abusive Domains - Civil
  *   BC-4 Domain Name Maintenance
  *   BC-5 Obtain Contact Details for Legal Claims
  *   BC-6 M&A and Domain Name Purchases
  *   BC-7 Technical Issue Resolution
  *   BC-8 Digital Certificate Issuance


Because of the 4th of July holiday, we have not fully vetted them, and may have additional ones to submit next week, or may have minor edits to the ones attached.

Please note that the highlighted revisions to the Registrant safeguards section are proposed to more closely track GDPR (Section 4) .
